Hollie Wierschke

I’m from Green Bay, Wisconsin, and one of my favorite things to do in Madison is visit the Henry Vilas Zoo with my partner. Growing up, I dreamed of being a carnival worker or tour guide so I could travel constantly. I joined NTP Outreach because I believe the work we do as neuroscience PhD students is fascinating and should not remain siloed within our labs or our field. Science belongs to the people, and I’m excited to help open lines of communication between researchers and the public.
