Brooke Weiler

Hi! My name is Brooke Weiler, and I’m from Sainte Genevieve, Missouri. My favorite thing to do in Madison is explore the many dog parks and walking trails with my partner and I’s pups Ollie and Luna. When I was younger, I wanted to grow up to be a crime scene investigator. As a first-generation college student from rural America, I didn’t even know what a PhD was, much less the vast career opportunities that existed within the scientific field. I joined the NTP Outreach Committee because I have developed a passion for expanding access to science for people from all walks of life.
