Position title: Ph.D Candidate
My research interest revolves around navigating the neural basis of visual perception. Focus primarily lies in understanding computation in the primary and dorsal visual cortical circuit while navigating and perceiving stimuli around us. Further, I am also interested in theoretically formalizing the encoding and decoding mechanism within this neural circuitry. In Huang Lab, we are leveraging human psychophysics, non-human primate electrophysiology, mathematical/computational models to investigate these research questions.
