Research Description:
Over the past 20 years, my research lab has focused on methods, tools and applications of MRI for neuroimaging and clinical neuroscience. A major focus of my research has been the study of how the brain changes across the lifespan using multiple MRI techniques – structural morphometry, relaxometry, and diffusion weighted imaging (DWI). I am Co-PI on three current projects – Motion-Robust Relaxometry for Infant Neuroimaging (R01 HD108868); Neuroimaging of Adults with Down Syndrome (R01 DC019511); and an NIH Autism Center of Excellence – Toward Healthy Aging in Adults with Autism (R01 MH132218).
