Research Description:
My research interests lie in the molecular mechanisms of synaptic transmission and the proteins responsible for vesicular exocytosis. My project focuses on large dense-core vesicle (LDCV) biogenesis and exocytosis pathways. I employ a variety of methods such as live-cell imaging, primary mammalian cell culture, immunoassays, and fluorescence microscopy to elucidate the structures and functions of LDCVs.
